1) Guarantee includes prong/stone tightening, re-polishing and rhodium plating, and of course cleaning services.
2) The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the use of the Lifetime Free Maintenance guarantee.
3) The guarantee is non-transferable.
4) The guarantee does not cover loss of your stone, theft, misuse, or neglecting maintenance. Please retain your maintenance receipts for guarantee claim approval.
5) You must retain your original receipt of purchase from the original point of sale.
